What is the difference between Job Portals and Talent Inbox?
While it may be a good idea to use the mass mailbox systems, Talent Inbox online recruitment system provides you with human interface to help you assess candidates online, meet them face-to-face and prepare them for the job that you have defined, before they are sent to you. Besides, in a Job Portal, you spend all your time in separating the wheat from the chaff, digging into hundreds and thousands of profiles to find the ones you are looking for. With Talent Inbox, you will save this time and get only those qualified people who meet the credentials you have mentioned.

Why should I register online? Can I not give you my requirements on the phone?
We are helping you save time and providing you with an online interface as a beginning. After you register online, you can use all the many available functions in our online recruitment system including filling Search Forms online and selecting candidates.

How to register?
You can click the Employers Page in the Home Page and fill in the registration form, followed by relevant fields such as Search Forms. It is pretty simple and you will be guided through the process.

Do you charge me for these services? And what are the charges?
Yes. The services are charged for. Once you have registered online, we will call you to finalize on the financials. Once there’s a mutually agreed costing, your online account will be activated.

How long does the selection process take?
Most positions are filled within one to four weeks. However, if the positions you offer require skill sets that are rare, Talent Inbox will put forward the request to the recruitment marketing team that will help you increase your opportunity in finding the right resource.

How long is my account valid with Talent Inbox?
You account is valid for One year or until such time when either party terminates the account giving one month notice. However, prior to de-activating your account, you will be required to clear all outstanding payments, if any, to Talent Inbox.

How to post vacancy?
Whether you register or not, you can post vacancy through our website. But only accounts that are activated when financials are agreed you will be able to see qualified profiles, assessed and screened by Talent Inbox in the relevant sections of the online recruitment system.

Can I not search for suitable candidates online?
Talent Inbox assures confidentiality to both clients, namely the job seekers and employers. Only candidates screened by us and who meet your requirements will be shown to you in the appropriate sections of your application.

How are applications assessed?
All applicants are assessed in relation to the qualifications listed on the job posting. Applicants who submit their application through our online resume builder system may be asked a number of questions to assess their qualifications or skills. This information will be forwarded to the recruitment supervisors for review. When applicants meet the minimum qualifications and desired skills for the position offered by you as mentioned in your Online Search Forms, they will be called for an initial assessment by the Talent Inbox team for further consideration. Only those candidates, screened by Talent Inbox will be sent to you. However, the screening does not automatically guarantee them a job in your company.

When and how will I be contacted?
You will see the status online after your account is activated. The online status will show candidate profiles of those who have been screened by Talent Inbox. You can set-up meeting dates online and Talent Inbox will liaise with the applicants to have them sent to your office for a face-to-face meeting with you. Besides, the Talent Inbox team will also be in regular touch with you by e-mail to keep you posted on the progress as and when candidates are contacted to fill positions you are offering.

Can I look at or assess candidates trained by Talent Inbox using the Talent Recruitment Programs?
The Talent Recruitment Programs are done to increase the job opportunities of Job Seekers. How can I have my company’s name in the Hot Jobs or as Banners in this website to increase my reach to the job seekers?

Is Talent Inbox stable and secure?
Yes. Technical inter-operability of our system resides on the world class infrastructure and backbone of Singnet and you can be sure of stability of the server, redundancy and security. However, you will understand that in the world, there is no fool proof security system. Talent Inbox has taken all measures to safeguard against malicious users to assure our clients – both the job seekers and employers like you, confidentiality, integrity and authenticity.
