What is the difference between Job Portals and Talent Inbox?
While it is a good idea to post your resume on a mass mailbox system, Talent Inbox online recruitment system provides you with human interface to help you understand your gaps and how you can fill the needs of what companies are looking for. Besides, when you apply to a Job Portal, companies do not have the time to separate the wheat from the chaff, digging into hundreds and thousands of profiles to find yours.

Can I not directly apply to the career section of the company’s websites?
Yes, you can. But you will again limit your job options and scope of your career to a few companies only. When you leave your resume with Talent Inbox, the analysts team working exclusively for you, will present you with both the Hot Jobs and also the best jobs around. We filter our employers whom we work with and work with only the best. Besides, when you apply through the careers section, most often you are clueless on the assessments made by these companies. With Talent Inbox, you can be sure of your rehearsals prior to your attending such interviews.

Do you charge me for these services?
NO. We charge only the employers and we do these services for you free of cost.

How long does the selection process take? If I haven't heard from Talent Inbox in one month, should I assume that I have not been considered for the position?
Most positions are filled within six weeks; therefore, if you have not heard from us within that time, you can assume that you will not be considered further for that position. Hence, the best would be to visit our office or call us for any other positions that we may have for you.

How long do you consider my application or resume?
Three to six months as per the positions you have applied for and overall industry guidelines.

How are applications assessed?
All applicants are assessed in relation to the qualifications listed on the job posting. Applicants who submit their application through our online resume builder system may be asked a number of questions to assess your qualifications or skills. This information will be forwarded to the recruitment supervisors for review. You must meet the minimum qualifications and desired skills for the position offered by employers for further consideration. However, meeting the minimum qualifications does not automatically mean you will be interviewed or does not guarantee you a job.

When will I be contacted?
Only applicants who are being considered for an interview will be contacted. After you have applied through our online recruitment system, you may check your status online or wait for our call.

I have applied for several positions with Talent Inbox using your online recruitment system and haven't been hired as yet. What can I do to improve my chances of finding employment using your services? Every competition is considered separately. The number of positions you apply for does not increase your opportunity for being hired. We encourage job seekers to apply for those positions for which they qualify. Every application will be given equal consideration in the hiring process. However, it will be worth visiting us and we would have an opportunity to assess you better through a face-to-face meeting.

What jobs are available for college students with Talent Inbox?

Does Talent Inbox conduct education and training courses that will eventually help me increase my potential in the job market?
Yes. The Talent Recruitment Programs are done on a monthly basis to help job seekers like you to increase your potential in the job market. While we assure you an interview at the end of the program, the interview process is subject to your clearing the same and Talent Inbox does not guarantee you a job.
